Welcome to the first page that I wrote after I learned how to make an image map. Just click on a photo in the index (above) to download the high resolution version of the image. (Sorry about the horizontal line through the index: I'm too lazy to run the index program again... so sue me)
Doug and Xanthe and Ohannah had their annual BBQ. Attendance was high - the usual suspects. The first photo is Xanthe, Joe, and Anne. Xanthe is wearing her official Onngh Yanngh t-shirt which she had specially dyed by an artisan she found on Telegraph Ave. The shirt is spectacular. Now everyone wants one. I'm told (by Anne) that Joe and Anne are Xanthe's "favorite co-workers".
Doug took a self-portrait (his very own self). I think it captures the angst of the artist's struggle with gravity, and beer. Doug was accepting donations to the permanent exhibit of the DWW Museum of Small Red Plastic Things. We (Mary and I) are still considering the tax implications.
The next photo shows Michael, Amy, and Mary basking in the sunshine and the contentment of a potluck bar-b-que consumed. Note the colorful party plates on the bench behind them. Notice anything red? I thought you would. Probably a rejected piece from the museum (see above).
This is not the first appearance of Madeline on the internet. You may have seen her in this year's Swimsuit edition of Sports Illustrated or, maybe, elsewhere on this web page. Madeline quite enjoyed herself in the wading pool. Each time Cynthia (headless adult to the right in this photo) removed a piece of clothing from harm's way, Madeline went deeper into the waves. It doesn't get much better than that.
Sam went to the Alameda County Fair. Click here to return to my homepage. Checkout our hike in the Sunol Regional Park, or our x-country ski trip to Tahoe. See the housewarming party at Kully's and Brian's. Or, try my list of favorite web links.
